Join us for an extremely rare opportunity to taste, celebrate, and explore the rarest wagyu in the world. Hosted by Chef David Schlosser (Shibumi) and Mike Prasad (Tinysponsor & Kogi BBQ), the World of Wagyu culinary experience takes you through the range of wagyu, starting with tender Montana Wagyu and ending with the rarest Kobe Beef and Hokkaido Snow Beef.

True Kobe Beef is only served at 13 restaurants in the U.S. and Shibumi is the only restaurant in Los Angeles. Rarer still is Hokkaido Snow Beef, offered at just 4 restaurants in the world outside of Hokkaido. Put together with 3 other rare beefs and delicacies, this is possibly the first time a dinner like this has ever been put together. Limited to 60 seats, it's an experience you don't want to miss.
